Due to the as-is, rare nature of our products all shipping must be coordinated with our shipping team. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs for their item(s). Costs will be calculated based on carrier and insurance of purchasers choosing. We currently ship via UPS & FedEx.
At this time, we are only able to direct ship from the store any non-breakable items that fit in a small or medium sized box with at least 2 inches of packing material around it. All others will be coordinated with the carrier of your choosing where we will wrap the item(s) and either make it available for pickup at our store location or dropped off to a carrier facility to be packaged and shipped.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Salem, OR location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are as listed on our contact page. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
